Introduction

A meeting with a difference

We were contacted by Lush, to help them organise, build and manage the event on the day, for one of their most recent International Managers meetings, for 200 worldwide manufacturing team leaders. 

As luck would have it, one of the Lush units had recently been cleared of its contents, to make way for a full refurbishment. It was decided that a delay would be put on the refurbishment plans, as the building would make a great venue for the event. 

The Build

The Work Begins

We set about working on layout plans with the team, taking into account all of the areas of the business that they wanted to showcase on the day, plus of course AV and conferencing areas, plus the always popular coffee / break out spaces required. 

Areas were designed for parts of the business to ‘pop up’ into, plus some themed areas for new product showcases. We cant talk about those, or show them, as those products are still under wraps! 

Working with our partners, we set about building the interior areas of the event, bringing in audio visual, furniture, exhibition areas, food trucks and even a coffee lounge. 

We worked with Brighter Productions on the AV, Luxury Little Rooms on toilets, Tinkers Granddaughter and Mighty Weiners on vegan food trucks, and Bobbys Parlour on the coffee lounge and freshly baked pastries for refreshment breaks. 

We also worked with our sister company, Innovative Hire, on the production of a Christmas area, to showcase (top secret!) Christmas products. Christmas in July.. always a winner with us! The area included converted ski gondola seating booths, giant baubles, a 7m Christmas tree, a bauble feature archway and more.

In conclusion we were delighted to see so many happy faces enjoying our activations as Lush successfully delivered a meeting with a difference for their international managers.
