Tobacco Dock, Skylight Winter

Following the success of the Skylight - Summer rooftop bar activation, Seventa Events were invited back to the truly unique venue. This time, ‘Skylight’ was to become London’s very own rooftop après-skate lodge.

We began by reorganising the previously summer themed venue to make the most of the space. One stand out feature was the installation of Europes first ever real ice, rooftop Ice Rink! Which really made the most of that amazing view of the London skyline. 

A covered marquee structure was installed to provide indoor warm seating areas. Outdoor tables and seating were nestled next to real fir trees which really added to the Alpine ambience.

This exciting, ambitious project was completed in just under three weeks, with a fantastic end result. It was a busy but highly productive three weeks, with a full team of event carpenters, electricians and steel fabricators on site to ensure everything stayed on track.
