A party to remember
Celebrating 20 years of fresh handmade cosmetics
Our International Clients Lush, tasked us with designing, building and organising their 20th Birthday celebrations. We were commissioned to complete the design and installation of 5 large temporary structures required for their 2,000 guests to complete a week of conferencing, meetings, and events. Furthermore, we provided catering for during the day and evenings for all 2,000 guests and bar events for 4,000 people.

Detailed planning
'Full moon' theming
The event details were extremely intricate, with the whole event being planned around the June full moon, it was important that guests were able to dance the night away under the moon and the stars in this unique beach side location. The marquee was installed with a transparent roof to make the most of this natural phenomenon.
The area also consisted of a street food inspired food court, a relaxation area filled with comfy beanbags and such, multiple bar areas, a live music stage and dance floor as well as full event facilities.

With accommodation arranged for all travelling guests, the party went on until the early hours, with guests making the most of the extensive entertainment line up and bespoke cocktail packages!
