Farrow & Ball Summer Party

We were chosen by Farrow & Ball to produce a landmark summer party. The event venue was required to wow guests, so we selected a unique beach spot and created a dining, entertainment and party experience for the 300 guests.

• Location: Bournemouth Beach

• Full event management, build and delivery of the event 

• Full event production including marquee build, event furniture, generator and power distribution, temporary toilets, fencing, refrigerated vehicles, catering, staffing and more 

• A bespoke gourmet menu created by Koh Thai

• Two fully staffed and stocked bars provided by Innovative Hire

• Live music and entertainment area

The entire area, including the catering facilities were to be based directly on the sand so the logistical planning required had to be exceptionally thorough. Vehicular access was extremely restricted which meant precise installation and de-set times were to be adhered to by all partnering suppliers, with Seventa overseeing.

The outcome was a beautiful summer themed pop-up. There was so much more for guests to enjoy than just a drink at the bespoke Veuve Clicquot bar. There was a full live entertainment schedule running from midday into the evening, a selection of beach games and a bespoke gourmet dining experience.
