A festive scene in the heart of Exeter
The Perfect Christmas experience
Opened for the first time in December 2020 and produced for Snow House, a brand new Christmas experience was brought to Princess Hay Shopping Centre. Located in the square, the brief was to transform the area into a cool festive pop up… and that we did!
Food and Drink
Open air Snow Bar
Members of the public enjoyed mulled wine and warm apple cider from the open-air snow bar’s outside seating or bespoke 3 metre wooden framed domes provided by our partner Innovative Hire. Accommodating up to 6 people, the domes were fitted with heaters and wooden seating, which could be booked online for a 90 minute slot with food and drinks.
The Bratwurst with an incredible light up feature Christmas tree, Churros and Crepe wooden chalets served seasonal food options available in the bar and take away.
The pandemic
Hospitality industry
With lockdown restrictions for the hospitality industry lifted just days before opening and Exeter held by tier two restrictions, the team ensured the site was safe for all members of the public. Safety was our top priority and we had multiple house rules in place including track and trace, table service app ordering functionality and social distancing.
