Bournemouth Air Festival

Bournemouth Air Festival has entertained an estimated 10.5 million people since 2008  – the award-winning festival is regarded as both leading and innovative, with a first class reputation not just in the UK but Europe and beyond! Due to the huge influx of people to the area over the weekend, a large area of the beach next to the iconic Bournemouth Pier was reserved for a pop-up beach bar area.

• Full event production including 40ft container bar, street food stalls, furniture, generators and power distribution, toilets, fencing, refrigerated vehicles and staffing

As the entire area was being installed directly on to the sand, we had many logistical access and assembly concerns to overcome. The site only has vehicular access between the restricted hours of 6am-9am and then again 6pm-6.45pm across a public thoroughfare meaning that a very detailed build schedule, installation and de-set was required.
