A champagne reception for 3,000 guests
The Arts University Bournemouth host a prestigious graduation event and approached us to organise the champagne reception event for over 3,000 of their guests. We have been event managing and producing this since 2015.

Making the most of the Bournemouth seaside views
With no venues in the area accommodating for this volume of people whilst making the most of the stunning sea views, we revised our strategy and decided to host the event in a temporary structure marquee.
As this is a public beach area, our services had to include writing full event management plans, attending SAG meetings, collating supplier risk assessments and insurances as well as council meetings on site to ensure health and safety. The site only has vehicular access between the restricted hours of 6am-9am and then again 6pm-6.45pm across a public thoroughfare meaning that a very detailed build schedule, installation and de-set is required.
The clients were extremely happy with the event.
