July saw our events team pull out all the stops to create an unforgettable private event for Carnival UK's 'The Big Get Together'.

Selecting the right venue is crucial for any successful event, and Mayflower Park was the ideal choice for Carnival's summer celebration. Its expansive green spaces and stunning views provided the perfect backdrop for the festivities. Our team ensured every detail was meticulously planned to transform this open space in to the perfect private party venue including an all-weather stretch tent to account for another classicly British July.
To create a festival like atmosphere, we sourced a stylish stretch tent, providing both shade and a focal point for the celebration. One of the highlights of our setup was the container bar, sourced from our friends at Innovative Hire, the high volume bar served refreshing drinks throughout the event. Its unique design and functionality were a hit among guests, offering a trendy and convenient way to enjoy their beverages.
Food is at the heart of any great event, and we partnered with The Street Kings to bring a variety of delicious options to our guests. Their high volume container unit was on hand to serve up an epic combo of loaded fries and smashed burgers throughout the event.
With a brief of bringing people together, we know nothing connects people like a bit of competitive gaming. With this in mind, we created engaging activity zones featuring classic garden games like Corn Hole and bar favourites such as Table Fussball & Giant Jenga. Alongside this, our partnership with Innovative Hire provided stylish and comfortable furniture, allowing attendees to relax and enjoy the festivities in comfort.

Entertainment That Shines
Music plays a vital role in setting the mood at any event, with this in mind we curated a lineup of local acoustic artists to provide a lively soundtrack that would see guests in high spirits come rain or shine. Just in case anyone needed an excuse to join the celebrations, our Disco Ball Men were on hand to help get the party started. As night fell, the silent disco took center stage, offering a unique and immersive dance experience that kept the energy high and the fun ongoing.
Adding to the party atmosphere, our talented face/body painter,and skilled Henna Tattoo artist were on hand to bring our guests designs to life. These artists were incredibly popular, adding a touch of magic and individuality to each guest’s experience.
