The who, what and why?

An event to reconnect employees with the values that piece this industry giant together


With an extensive strategic revamp recently completed, the senior team at LV= decided that it would be a good opportunity to reconnect the vision with their colleagues. Seventa helped out by delivering a large, two day event for 1,500 people, aimed at communicating the brand’s vision.

The objective

Creating an event to leave people feeling energised and excited


LV='s core criteria for the event included: articulating their organisational changes and the benefits; offering their teams the opportunity to try out some of the new technology and hear customer feedback; and leaving people energised, excited and confident in the LV= vision. 

After an intensive two month planning period, the Seventa Team commenced the build in preparation for the 3 day event.

The event itself

Promoting the LV= value 'Live Confident!'


Our team built temporary booths to house a range of  ‘trade show’ style stands, including full design, AV equipment, branding and sourcing external exhibitors.

The event included break out areas for seminars, including a custom-built area housing an 8m LED screen, chill out furniture for 250 guests, and we ran this seminar using silent disco headphones.

The event as a whole required us to keep LV= values at its centre i.e. ‘Living Confident’, with scheduled and optional activities available to support this.
