Creating an engaging conference event
As with all events, one of the key elements is the venue and sourcing the perfect space to engage with delegates is crucial. Ricoh Arena was our chosen option for this event, offering discounted train fares with Virgin Trains, complimentary car parking and a completely flexible approach to our requirements.

In the end it was decided that the Ricoh Arena was the best option. Offering discounted train fares with Virgin Trains, complimentary car parking and a completely flexible approach to our requirements, all of these details really made the difference when comparing conference venues.
Alongside the main conference we also hosted a trade show area featuring different departments from within Nuffield Health, which served as an informal networking and information point for delegates. There was also a short fashion show feature!
Seventa Events provided full management AV service for this conference, which including flying LED screens in the main conference space and both pre and on-site presentation support, as well as managing all presenters and presentations throughout the conference event.
