The activation

A fun, flirty and cheeky festival area for Tequila Rose


As a headlining sponsor to Rugby 7s Festival, Tequila Rose were looking to create a stand out, memorable experience for festival goers. The activation was designed to encourage dwell time in this area, include an element of competition for the sportsmen and women and to provide sampling opportunities for the brand.

Naughty? Or Nice?

A brand that is designed to be playful


To portray the fun, flirty and cheeky nature of the brand, the theme of 'naughty or nice?' was introduced to the festival area. We built a giant bespoke 'Wheel of Fortune' which consisted of a number of spontaneous dares which were to be carried out in front of the bright pink 'instagrammable' back drop in the 'Forfeit Arena'.

There was pink furniture including giant branded deckchairs, seats and beanbags which gave guests the perfect perch to watch the games!

Over the weekend

It was all about the finishing touches


Lambrini slushes and tequila rose were flowing over the festival weekend from the decorated hut as guests were greeted into the arena by hosts in branded clothing. There was certainly no missing this bright pink activation which attracted a huge amount of attention for the brand across social media. Winners of the games were also gifted with branded merchandise which were then on display around the festival arena all weekend!
