Après Provence at Sail GB

Après Provence partnered with Sail GB as the event’s rosé drinks partner, with a brief to create a strong, premium brand presence across the event.

Our role was to design, build and manage a number of outdoor bar spaces that would bring the Après Provence brand to life, enhance the guest experience and create increased visibility and awareness throughout the event.

The spaces needed to feel considered and on-brand, while working seamlessly within the wider Sail GB event environment and delivering a high-quality service for both general admission and VIP guests.

We provided a complete end-to-end event solution, from the initial design and build through to event management and staffing.

Within the main Grandstand Arena, we designed and built a truss stretch structure, creating a distinctive and weather-conscious bar environment for guests. The space incorporated a custom-built bar alongside carefully considered branding, theming and styling to create a premium Après Provence presence.

Alongside the physical build, we provided and managed the full operational delivery of the bars, including:

• Truss stretch structure and custom-built bar

• Après Provence branding, theming and styling

• Full bar staffing and management

• VIP area staffing and guest service

• Event Health & Safety documentation

• On-site management and operational support

• Coordination of the bar operation within the wider Sail GB event

The aim was to create more than simply a functional bar — the spaces were designed to feel like an extension of the Après Provence brand.

Through the combination of structures, branded elements, considered styling and professional bar service, we created a cohesive and recognisable brand experience that encouraged guests to engage with Après Provence throughout the event.

The result was a premium outdoor hospitality environment that complemented the atmosphere of Sail GB while giving Après Provence a strong and highly visible presence.
